Wow! Totally impressed! That is a really hard job, and you are getting it done, feeling the feelings, which has been my hang up with the gluten free diet. You have come a long way, baby! Get it? Get it? See what I did there? Ha! Really, though, excellent work.

God, I'm so sorry. I hope it gets better soon. This IS a herculean task. It's ok to be vulnerable, to need, to fall apart, and have others do for you for awhile. It seems like with these "quit smoking" sites, you're looking for someone who truly understands the level of suck that you're suffering, right now. A ticker counting money saved just isn't going to do it. I know that everything is still very raw, right now, but I have to say, Mick and Wolf sound like they have been amazing these last two days. I'll be sending some long-distance Reiki your way. *HUG*

It's tough, but you already know that. It took me about 3 months to really feel good again after quitting... and you'll have Thanksgiving and Christmas to entertain you while you're going through the worst part. Hang in there! You can do it!

You have done a pretty amazing thing. And your men are helping you. You will get through this.

And you are?
