Tell me all about it, dear...

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having such a tough time. What does Mick think of all of this?

Ack - it sounds like you need to visit the doctor. You should not be feeling worse! Tired and weight gain could be a number of things, but that leg issue sounds like it needs attention. I hope you can get some relief.

I had a lot of trouble sleeping last night because this post worried me so much. Don't worry about that! That's on me, not you. I know you're probably going to get a laundry list of medical advice here. Try not to let it overwhelm you, you consider it as you are ready for it. It is the result of people deeply caring about you, and thinking to themselves, "Never mind Mick. What about ME?!" Anyway, I wonder if you've looked at it from a food intolerance perspective? Considering that things got worse after you added a bunch of "healthy" things to your diet, maybe you've added something that is causing you problems. A food intolerance can be a really sneaky thing that affects us in all sorts of ways. It's possible to develop one out of nowhere, and they're becoming more and more common these days. I know that a lot of people consider non-diary, gluten-free, etc. is really a bunch of neurotic whining, but I've known enough people with serious food intolerances to know that it isn't ALWAYS that, including myself.
