Tell me all about it, dear...

Glad to hear the funeral went well. I know there were rough times with your MIL there for a while, and I'm also glad you found a way to work through them to this point, and to see the best in your FIL even when you knew the bad sides too.

You sound (not surprisingly) like someone who has had a rough few weeks. Be kind to yourself, be kind to yourself, be kind to yourself. Also, am I the only one who thinks it's super cool that Wolf was basically acting as an assistant caterer for this whole thing? *HUGS*

To be honest I always feel a little odd commenting since I am just a reader and not a real friend but I can't imagine what kinds of people your so called friends might know that would leave you last on their list. I would be so very honored to be able to spend time with you, seriously, it is so rare, in my life, to find people who are as well read and interesting as you are. I have no friends myself, whether it is because I am shy or just too self involved I am not sure. I have walked away from people who have taken me for granted and taken without returning anything and I am left gearing up for the end of my life with only a few sort of, internet friends. Wow, looks like I need to vent this out somewhere other than your comments. How about I wish you some peaceful days and promise if I am ever around NYC I would definitely love to meet you for lunch.
