Tell me all about it, dear...

I'm sorry you won't be able to feed people as you so love to do. I'm sure it just won't feel right. My holidays are going to be different too. True, tomorrow I am invited to my husband's brother's house which is a familiar place but still...it's going to be a different atmosphere.....

*HUG* I'm so sorry that the holiday has gone to shit this year. I'm really glad that you've been working so hard to take care of yourself, though. You've been meditating, eating greens, standing up for your car AND you went to the gyno? Wow, you are turning into one brave and tough chick. I'm so proud of you that I have tears in my eyes. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

Hey, I loved seeing you for dessert on Thanksgiving. It was the kiddo who decided she needed to stay home so as she is ageing out I bet we can do a new version of the second dessert throwdown - stuff gets rearranged but that can be OK, I think... sending warm happy thoughts from the side of the mountain

My son was just whisked away to a court ordered 90 day rehab. One minute he was home, the next minute he was gone. Not feeling the holidays either.

I'm sorry you're dealing with people who are uncooperative (to use the closest I've got in the PC vernacular). Here's hoping things get better for you, soon.

I have one thing to tell you - for relief of menopausal symptoms - take calcium/magnesium/zinc tablets - get the big sucker bottle of them and take 3 a day, one three times a day or like I did, all 3 right before bed. Menopause means depletion of magnesium majorly and these vits/mins do an amazing job.
