Tell me all about it, dear...

You mean, if we got rid of the pick 'em up truck I could speak Italian? I mean, better than just being able to puzzle out menus in Italy? (But I wouldn't have to join Mensa, would I ? I'm eligible, at least if they still accept SATs in lieu of IQ tests as they used to, but the meetings always sounded kind of boring.)

Sorry to hear about the cramp. I've got one that LIVES under my right shoulder blade, and drives me to distraction. On a happier note, I'm thrilled to hear about how much you enjoyed the Eddie Izzard show! Yay!

Wonder what those 2 women in the bathroom would have said if you had turned around and talked in a deep voice....and offered them advice on how to dress in drag...FOFLMAO!

I'm not surprised that so many audience members knew the Italian for Renaissance. When I was growing up (in the Ponckhockie section of Kingston) I used to say that my brother and I were the only white kids in the neighborhood who had a silent vowel at the end of our last name.
