Tell me all about it, dear...

I'm glad that everything is going well and that you had a great holiday. Happy Birthday, if you don't post again before the 21st. The only down side of you feeling good is that you don't post here as often. Oh well, it's a small price to pay.

I mean it's a small price to pay relative to how you're doing these days. I miss your daily posting like crazy.

I don't know how to get pics off the phone and into the computer but you should be able to save the ones you post on FB (right click, save image as), and then retrieve them from your pictures library to post in your blog. As for pink Himalayan salt - I received some for Christmas in the form of bath crystals and two "stones" that can be popped into the freezer or microwave to ice or heat sore muscles. Good stuff!

If it is a smart phone just email the pics to yourself as attachments it avoids a lot of wires and navigation. As for the hormones.... they just like to play hide and seek before they exit entirely. I am older than you are and still dealing with the games they play... this too shall pass and yay for recognizing them for what they are when they do come around.

Ah, hormones! I remember them well. Hopefully they'll take another four-month break. Re the photos from your phone - try emailing them to yourself. When you display the photo, look for a little arrow swooping of to the right (probably in an upper corner). Tap that and there will likely be an email choice.

And you are?
