Tell me all about it, dear...

"carpet-bombed by Lilliputians with exquisitely bad taste" - Awesome, just awesome! Says the lady with the plaster copperhead snake in the bushes that makes the workmen scream like little girls.

I'm glad you checked in with us. I had a feeling that today would be the day. It's really amazing how far you've come in the past few years. For someone who was once always in emotional debt, you're doing quite well for yourself these days.

Glad you are back...I was thinking you must have tripped over that elephant and hurt yourself since you had not blogged in a few days. The description of your neighborhood sounds much like the RV park in Florida...We have a few of those ceramic burial grounds there... I have "picked my battles" for too long too. I have given in on many things so there was no fighting between my husband and I over trivial things. However,....we moved and husband didn't want to put up handles on the cupboards. I asked if HE would like to open the cupboards for me whenever I couldn't get them open....he saw my side that time and as it turned out, I didn't like the handles so we returned them. Then he started moving things I had in a drawer in the kitchen into a place where HE thought it would be out of the way. I asked him how often HE had to use those items and to put them back where I had put them. He is learning slowly. He still is moving things that I put away so now I can't find them but it will all sort out.

Glad to see you back here. Hope Wolf's first day back at school went well, and I wish the same for the rest of the school year!
