Tell me all about it, dear...

You're right, there is still plenty of summer left! I remember a year or two ago, I went to the shore mid-October. It was in the mid-80s, gorgeous and the beach was deserted. Maybe it's my southern Californian roots or maybe it's me just generally not being much of a traditionalist, but I don't particularly care what the calendar says. If it's nice out, then it's beach time. I can't believe how quickly this summer is going, for me, though! Oi!

Around here, used to be that school started the Tuesday after Labor Day...just mostly a meet and greet, get your class assignments and catch up with your friends. But now, it starts as early as this week. I don't envy those kids having to sit in class during the nicer days of summer. Glad you get to cook and serve up one of your great meals. I'm sure it will be enjoyed by everyone....

Do you go on the rides at Mountain Creek? Just looking at the video clip on their website made me feel sick! Enjoy the eggplant parm (drool)!

I did one of my first public speeches from one of your odes to fall. I loved it! BTW do Nannowrimo with me! This is your year! LOL!

Bravo for the veggie solution. I love eggplant parm and so does my daughter. Hubby, not so much (probably because we had it too often for a while). Double bravo for the empathic orgy of good feelings. That's a miracle!
