Tell me all about it, dear...

I think that's exactly right! The world is still open to you, and all that really matters is that it's fulfilling to you. Who cares what other people deem worth doing or not doing? That's funny, though, we almost went to Jim Thorpe, PA, yesterday, to go hiking at Glen Onoko Falls. Just as we were getting into the car I said, "I don't feel like going to the country today! I feel like going to the city. Let's say we go hiking in Central Park instead?" So, that's what we did.

I am obsessed with the 'workings' of musical boxes. The kids buy me the manual crank ones every now and then and theyre some of my most prized possessions. I had this one for my birthday: http://www.magicalmusicboxes.com/musicboxmovements_mbm18h.htm with the Harry Potter music and I nearly cried! s x

Because Daniel is such a couch potato, I worried that my adventures were over. But then I realized that I can still have adventures - it will just have to be with other people. Works for me! :)

Sounds to me that you found your "somewhere over the rainbow" already. Also sounds like a great way to spend a day.....glad you enjoyed it.

We do go to places like Berlin (though not Berlin itself yet) and we're still too middle-aged to do the techno clubs - don't like the music!
