Tell me all about it, dear...

Oy. So, in my relationship, I'm the crazy neat-freak perfectionist. Adam was exceptionally messy and inexact, though. Over time, I've actually learned how to loosen up a bit. Now, I can leave something not exactly perfect and not spend the rest of the day thinking about it. I'll never be totally free of wanting things to be just right, but I've discovered so much freedom and peace learning to be more ok with things that aren't exactly right. BTW, you're handling it beautifully. It's totally ok to feel overwhelmed sometimes. It's part of a balanced life to lose balance once in awhile.

You know, it's funny. We're also doing some clearing out of old stuff. I told Adam to put the stuff early, to give people a chance to pick through it. During my childhood, discarded belongings became the bulk of my actual belongings.

I still stand by liking the brown, but as you said, that was only one pic. I hope things smooth out soon. Can you send them out on some male bonding excursions and get some peace? :)

Is there a world where people don't know you have to prepare surfaces before you paint them? Then I'm always suprised when people get blown away because I can make a cake from scratch! Glad at least the computer tower is behaving itself! Hope you can tough it out ok till the 21st! Hugs Bels

Not to suprised about the hair, dear. The color looks great in the picture but radiates suburban soccer mom helmet hair. You are far too boho for a such a look.

As I mentioned to you before...brunette used to be my natural color....but now I know if I tried it; I would hate it....I think you will look grand in a lighter shade of something.... As for the neat freak...I hear you...my personal neat freak is driving me crazy these days trying to find things to do...He is actually moving wall decor around just because he can....arrgh....
