Tell me all about it, dear...

And she's back. Glad you got some space again. Here in the RV, it is very evident when husband has nothing to do. He talks out loud to himself and I am forever aware that he is here.... He even wears earphones to use his laptop but he forgets that he is singing and I CAN HEAR HIM! I haven't even tried to write my new book because I can't get lost in the thoughts when he is around...or the new neighbors are slamming their car doors and talking so LOUDLY!

As always, it's good to have you back after a break.

Doesnt 'ball-breaker' just mean 'better than me at the job we both do'? The one time a man actually called me that to my face, it sure as hell meant that! heehee! Here's to quiet time and the joy it brings. s x

Glad to see you back. I truly get the alone time need. Indeed I do. I have moved my computer back into my room to give myself the cocoon experience that is vital to what I do. On your page!

I've been alone now for over two years, ever since I threw my temper tantrum and quit my job in July 2009. My husband is going to retire in March 2013. WAAAAAAA there goes my Alone time!!!!! He doesn't go out and do anything. He spends most of his time in the recliner with his remote control and that is the most exercise he gets. I can't imagine how worse it is going to get when he doesn't have to go to work ever again. I bet he dies in that chair. we are not going to do any work that this house badly needs as in painting, wall paper, flooring, you name it. It is going to continue to look just like it did in 1974 when it was built.

You forgot "uppity" and "feisty", the latter being one of those compliments-but-not-really like sassy.

To Kill A Mocking Bird is one of the few books I'll take the time to re-read every few years. Have you seen the movie? If not, I recommend it very highly.

And you are?
