Tell me all about it, dear...

I wish I knew what to say that would make it better, even a little bit. Just know that I care about you, and I'm wishing the best for you. Hang in there, Love.

Hmmm, you definitely snuck a few new issues onto that laundry list that I hadn't heard before. I'd send you some zen but I'm not sure how that translates across distance.

Holding the best for you. However small that may seem in light of the challenges.

A worthwhile therapist is out there. Besides getting a recommendation, try and research what their background is and see if you can find something on the approach. I got one that just has me breathe into my stuff and be in the present moment. The present moment is usually never the one in crisis, just the mind chatter of the past and future. Hope this is of some help to you.

there is someone out there that you can connect with but finding often isn't easy... keep looking and "be proactive"(yeah, I said that). Still over here if you need me, just call or should I kidnap you ;>)

The old fashion name was Asylum, a place of safety and sanctuary. Sounds like you could use some of that big time. Unfortunately we don't get to tell the world to just hang on we need time out! With the laundry list you are trying to face down you wouldn't be sane if you weren't going insane. Hope the universe will cut you some slack one way or another soon. Hugs Bels
