Tell me all about it, dear...

Now that I'm back in the 21st century (Sunday morning thru Wed afternoon spent in the 19th century with no electricity and no Internet which had followed a couple days in Vermont for a wedding) I've been trying to catch up with the digital world. Your basement problems are similar to what we had here with the heavy rains of March 2010. Good luck with that. "Winter's Bone" is an awesome film. Proof once again that a good director with a good cast and a good script and almost no budget at all can beat any hundred million dollar plus special effects filled mind-rotting blockbuster or big-name star-laden saccharine chick flick.

Pics of the hair! Pics of the hair! This is for purely selfish reasons, obviously as you and I seem to have quite similar barnets and Im thinking about growing mine . Havent had it cut for two months and its at the 'fucking annoying' stage at the mo. A pic of yours, looking fab, would stop me reaching for the shears! s x

Thanks to stepfordtart, I am not the first one asking for photos this time! I like my hair when there is a little big of humidity so it gets poofy but not overly curly. Of course, that usually only happens the day BEFORE my scheduled haircut so I keep the appointment and get it all cut short again. LOL

I too have given up the yuck chores. Son#2 was the lawn mower and he's gone, for all intents and purposes, so the hubs is on it now, even though it took him a week and a half to get to the long thick crop of it. I did it when the kids were little and the DH was working all the time. I also informed him there was a mouse in the trap in the basement the other day and I do not do mice (that was also son #2's job) and he took care of that too. The gardening I like and digging and weeding etc is my exercise on the weekends. Bugs don't bother me much unless it's those huge ugly spiders that show up in the house sometimes, the little ones are fine. Yes, pictures of the hair please!

I've pretty much given up doing the yuck stuff, too.
