Tell me all about it, dear...

No, I don't blame you one bit. I'm right there with you. I had those very same thoughts about that phrase, "the weaker sex" this morning.

It also amuses me when boys or men insist that there is no greater pain -- NOTHING IN THE UNIVERSE, NO CONTEST -- than a kick in the balls. Really. Try pushing a human being out of your body.

I didn't think you were the least bit crabby or annoying...You spoke the truth. Sounds like Wolf is right on target to becoming a sullen teen who will be one of those guys when he grows up. My husband will describe his symptoms to me until I can't stand another adjective when I have just gone through the worst migraine for the past 3 days - but his sore ankle is much worse than that! Always!...LOL

Males tend to be huge babies. Give them 40 years of menstruation to deal with, eh?

I once walked on a broken leg because the doctor (male, of course), made a snarky remark about varying levels of pain tolerance (after deciding an x-ray wasn't necessary, by the way). I also went through natural childbirth twice, and live with chronic pain. So I know exactly how you feel. I have ZERO tolerance for men when they get sick.

And you are?
