Tell me all about it, dear...

Congratulations to you for surviving your 14th Wolf year, and I'm sorry, I forget how many years of motherhood. When I was 14, I'd have killed to have a mother like you. I really, really hope that someday Wolf will be able to appreciate how lucky he is to have you. Happy Birthday to Wolf, too!

I won't say I understand. My child wasn't an Aspie, she's bipolar. But you're right; it's not always a joy, no matter how much you love them. I can tell you it will be a while yet before he truly finds his stride. When he does, you will finally be able to sit back a bit and smile. He may give you grandchildren. At which point will come the ultimate experience: sitting back, pointing and laughing. ;)

Happy Birthday to Wolf! And congratulations on surviving his first year of teenager-dom, may the Goddess grant you the strength and patience to deal with the rest! Hugs!

Happy birthday to Wolf. And cheers for you as his mother. Hey, just think, in only four years he will be able to vote!
