Tell me all about it, dear...

our State government wants to make it unlawful to drive and text in a school zone. HOW ABOUT NO TEXTING OR CELL PHONES WHILE DRIVING, YOU MORONS! How did people survive before cell phones?...You would think it was an oxygen source the way they have to be connected to it 24/7.

I am so with you on the phone/text thing, especially since Joe got slammed by a driver on a cell phone. GAH.

Talking is bad enough, texting is just nuts. I don't answer the phone if I am driving unless I know it will be a simple yes, no, I'll be there in 10 minutes thing, and I am not the one wandering the lanes or suddenly deciding they have to slide over 3 lanes right in front of someone to catch that off ramp they forgot to notice.

I'm totally with you. Seeing people drive erratically while using a cellphone is one of the few things that will almost instantly enrage me. I'm sorry to hear about your ankle. I hope it gets better soon. Ice and anti-inflammatory drugs work wonders for me (if there is swelling). If your body can take it, it might be worth a try.

It's illegal in California to use a cell phone while driving, but people still do it. I'm with Pam, I will answer the phone but only to say I'll call them back. It is a huge distraction, and I don't need that!!
