Tell me all about it, dear...

It was the leprechauns. (Hey, it's as good an explanation as any!) ;-)

I'm glad that things are going relatively well. Isn't it crazy how things will disappear and the reappear in the oddest places? I hope that you're feeling good.

It's that bathroom time-warp continuum that made it disappear, and then reappear in your hamper. Same with socks, only sometimes they just don't reappear....

I dropped a pen once. I was right in front of the kitchen sink and it dropped down in front of me - I felt it hit the front of my leg as it fell (I can't remember why I had taken a pen to the kitchen sink). The kitchen is really narrow and there are cupboards either side so there is nowhere that pen could go. So I finished the dishes and then went to pick up the pen. It had vanished. I've never found it - even when the kitchen was ripped out it never turned up.

Yeah, I steer away from white myself. The girls are a stain magnet.

If I'm wearing white and am anywhere in the vicinity of red sauce, it WILL end up on me.

I love white shirts too....and now I am at the age where I drop or drip something on myself on a regular basis. Had a similar experience this week. I was putting things away after a short trip....wanted to put my driver's license back in my wallet and I couldn't find it. I knew I had it in my jeans pocket when we went to the museum that morning. I was frantically looking through all the dirty laundry, the car, the suitcases and my purse. Just when I thought it must have fallen out of my jeans at one of the many bathroom breaks that day...I opened my wallet and it was peaking out from behind a credit card.....????

I swear you and I buy white on the same principle. Ma Nature no longer does the cha-cha through my lady bits, thank God, but the booberage still tries to munch out on whatever is available on my plate. Yes, we have bananas... and applesauce and spaghetti and pizza and cheese enchiladas. And I've worn them all. While you're hunting for impossible things, mind hunting for my bluetooth headset? It likewise went into hiding and it's not giving up its location. Considering 1) it's fairly new and 2) I really feel unsafe driving without it, I'd really like to have it back. Please check carefully next time you do laundry.

Oh gosh....white and I do not dance. I tend to run into carbon-based things like charcoal lumps when no charcoal lumps are present - but only whilst wearing white. It is my bane.
