Tell me all about it, dear...

I've always thought of you as one of the most womanly women I know. It's funny how we view ourselves differently, isn't it? *HUG* Best of luck with the surgery.

there is something to be said for fun without risk, don't ya think? True though, we hold ourselves under a very particular microscope.
Let me know if you need anything pre, during, post surgery {{{hugs}}}

Wow, we read the same articles. I read the Segway one to my son Paul, also noting the irony, but why was he rolling on a trecherous path so clsoe the the cliff, I wondered. And I also read that the stink bug invasion would be much worse this year, bigger, and more of them, for some reason I don't remember. We don't get many of them. I see a few on the house outside, but none in. As far as the Ex not asking what the surgery is for, in his case,he wouldn't think to ask, in other men it might be because they don't want to hear the answer ESPECIALLY if it's female related. My DH WOULD ask, however, because he does not edit himself, ever. He also had the Big V (snip snip) 17 years ago, so no more kiddies for us since then, but I came out the other side of The Change a few years back, and it didn't bother me at all. Of course I am older than you, and could never run after a toddler again like I did before.

Yeah, but wouldn't it be great if we could stand and pee? No more wet seats in public toilets - I'm not a good hoverer.

It always kill me when you mention not feeling like a real girl. Like Michelle, I think of you as one of the most womanly women I know. On a different note - in reference to limited English - Leigh is stuck with a Physics professor who has a thick Russian accent. My poor girl is really struggling in that class, and for the first time since she she set out on this journey, she fears that her dreams of becoming a veterinarian are going to be shattered. There is something very wrong with that picture.

A woman I worked with said they only took the baby carriage out, they left the playpen! You are going to make a healthy choice for yourself and maybe hit crone a bit sooner than expected. However you retain your feminine energy.

Funny for me, that the more I get to abandoning my reproductive usage, I am feeling more and more feminine every day. All the years of feeling like prey and being tough and on my guard are disappearing. I may even end up wearing pink! Good gosh!!! xo :) good surgery.

I wish you all good things regarding your surgery on Monday. I do know what you mean about feeling less than girlish though. Once I went through menopause....it kind of was a thought provoking moment or two.....
