Tell me all about it, dear...

Way to hang in there. I'm glad you're keeping it up despite your body's mutiny. *HUG* I hope you're feeling good.

Little Chocolate Donuts!! Gotta love the old SNL cast. I've got to get back on the elliptical tomorrow. I took two days off and always regret that when I realize how much better I feel the rest of the day if I start out my day that way.

I think that both of us are doing better than Flo-Jo at the moment...considering she passed away a few years back. But it is always heartening when you can see positive improvement!

I've promised myself that once the anemia issues are over, I will train to run a 5K. Wanna join me? There's a really nice one in San Diego's Balboa Park. I figure we have about 3-4 years to go.

Belushi had the greatest facial expressions! And I would love to watch you and Rosie run in that 5K. Heh.

Congratulations on your treadmill milestone! I've fighting those damned vines for years but did not know their background until now. Thanks for linking to that page.

Sounds like you worked off those donuts to me...not only with the treadmill but all the killer weed pulling too. I will soon be ready for my second "sitting on the porch" session...I'm resting up for it right now.
