Tell me all about it, dear...

Yes, I know it's a Malibu, not a Roadmaster, but it was the best pic I could find. ~LA

I guess this was a real wedding day...at least in the minds of both of you. I hope you continue to talk and work out the expectations and the realities of it all. Since you didn't share the reasons for the usual wedding day cancellation, I can only hope that what you two DID HAVE on Saturday made a difference. I got married in an old blue suit at a Justice of the Peace...I could have worn white since I was still a virgin but I didn't have the money...yet our marriage is 45 years and still going....While I miss not having the special wedding dress and all the photos....the vows were the most important...

Happy happy to you and Mick! So glad things have turned round and that the one ring is in place. Love to you both, and to Wolf when he returns, K.

Peace and blessings. It sounds like a new journey has begun, my sweet friend.

Oh, good. I do love it when things go right with a corner of the world. Now if you'd only stop calling yourself a station wagon.... I know Mick knows better than that. And if you knew how much my husband still (three and a half years later!) laments having to sell his H2, you'd have all the proof you need that large and useful things can also be dead sexy.

Congrats... and really, keep in mind you can have a party any day you want to if you choose! In one day or one year or a hundred years, you can always make that decision... :)

How wonderful that you had Mick put your wedding ring on your finger while in Seaside Heights! I'm wishing you both all the best, and sending lots of love.

Your ring ceremony sounded beautiful and true. Little moments like that are what makes our lives - not the big, orchestrated and planned moments that give us heartburn and nervous sweats. I wish you all the happiness in the world!

One day you can renew your vows and have an anniversary party! That can be even better than a wedding and you deserve your celebration. You are NOT an old moldy crumby station wagon. An old moldy crumby station wagon would never be as gorgeous as you are, and could never ever write like you. Hugs!
