Tell me all about it, dear...

Funny, my dreams last night were super-real too. And in all of them, I am either pointing out the route to Mexico, or actually having to go there myself. Strange stuff. I should probably write it down somewhere for posterity, especially the part where I am in a high-rise, and one of my female friends happily takes the fall for me and distracts Godzilla long enough for me to make my unhurried escape to (where else?) Mexico.

Hmmm...you weren't eaten by Godzilla last night, were you? Then again, my friend had curly black shoulder length hair. Maybe it was Hissie. I doubt it though. Here's to nice dreams tonight.

At the beginning of your entry, my heart was heavy as I read about your analysis of your nightmares, but by the end, I felt uplifted. Thanks for sharing that story with us.

One church did a walk yesterday and paused to pray in front of an abandoned house, a junk yard and a local strip club.....all in the name of Jesus.... Hope you get a better night's sleep after eating chocolate...you WILL be eating chocolate, won't you?

Marvelous description of the Kabuki theatre performance that the powers-that-be claim is keeping us safe at airports. Your description of the "Rivertown" parade reminds me of the Feast of St. Mary in my old neighborhood (the Ponckhockie section) in Kingston when a statue of the Virgin would be paraded around the neighborhood on a Sunday morning in mid-August with a band, children in First Communion white, little old Italian grandmothers, etc. and people would come out and pin money to Mary's robe.
