Tell me all about it, dear...

All psychotherapists are passive aggressive. That's where we learn it from.

The whole spectrum of insomnias that come with the part of life suck rotten eggs! People may get by with little sleep but they sure as hell don't enjoy it. I'm with Witty on the therapist assesment but they do come in useful sometimes. If you want Wendy's # let me know, she is a lesser of the evils (for me anyway). Don't forget the grown up playdate after next week (A off school) - we both need it and I have a new toy to play with.

It's the damn insomnia - about drove me over the edge last week. I told them at work yesterday that it's a damn good thing I don't own a gun. And that if I hadn't had a good nights sleep on Tuesday, I'm pretty sure I'd have gone and bought one after Wednesday's fun.

Are you going to switch to a different therapist? As for the insomnia, some of the over-the-counter stuff works fairly well on occasion. It's worth a try, at any rate.

Insomnia is the worst. It robs a person of all peace of mind and any attempts at sanity. I hope you get some good rest soon.

Insomnia sucks! I was skipping round yesterday going "I slept last night, I slept last night" it felt so good after 3 weeks of being too stressed to sleep! Hope the sleep fairy waves her wand at you soon! Hugs Bels

It's not fair. I sure hope you find something to help you sleep again. Perhaps some ice cream and chocolate?

And you are?
