Tell me all about it, dear...

Oh gosh. I was just the opposite of you! Prankster was my middle name! I wasn't evil. Just naughty. I liked to have people find things in odd places - like a stack of random newspapers in the middle of their kitchen. I was like a misguided Santa Claus. If you consider your online journal a kitchen table where you meet and greet and share your thoughts and feelings, then I guess it's still the same for me. I am still leaving random stuff all over the kitchen floor. Pirate dolls, movies of myself in my pajamas, random lists, etc. I never I tend to be mean, but some people take it that way. Most people say they want an eccentric friend until they actually get one. Then, they realize it isn't so easy. I know it isn't easy to hang out with me and that I am not everyone's cup of tea. You gotta be quick and/or daring. You gotta be truly passionate too. So I don't leave funny stories on this day either. My real life brain is weird enough. I just do whatever I do and hope for the best. I want to thank you for sticking with me all this time - for finding the humor in my words and also realizing that I have a few serious brain cells too. Time for sleep. I caught this entry while on my middle of the night stroll through the house to see if the moon is still there.

I never liked April Fool's jokes either. I guess I just don't like feeling out of control or something. So far my day has gone relatively free of pranks. Husband knows better than to try with me...

I kind of think if you'd been daring enough to pull pranks like you described, you would have grown up to be an evil, unfeeling creep, thinking you could dupe the world... I'm glad you turned out the way you did!

And you are?
