Tell me all about it, dear...

I never got to pass anybody *pout*. Even my grandmother was taller than I am! But my brother did spend a solid year looking down and saying "Ha!" when he first passed my parents. (Dad was all of 5'6.5, Mom was 5'5.5, though I seem to be looking level at both of them these days. At one point when Dad was carpooling home with a coworker, he got out of the car, called me over, and said "Tell him I'm taller than your mother!" Mom liked heels .... )

I'm glad that things are looking up! That's wonderful news on all counts.

Poola's right! But I remember that feeling when SonnyeBoy turned 25. GAH! When he passed his dad in height, he kidded Joe unmercifully by looking down at him and saying "I'm not afraid of you anymore, old man!"

My only child, my son is 41.....try to figure that out! It's just not possible. And I am the shortest in the family of my sisters and my own family and just about everyone in my husband's family. I have one SIL who is 4'10"..... Glad you are getting your sense of humor and style back...you rock!

Rebecca turned 23 last month, and it almost gave me a heart attack when I realized she is only a couple of years away from 25!

Mines 23, will be 24 in May and starts the police academy next week. And I can still hear that little voice of his and that little smile with that huge thick head of curls on his head.
