GF Im right there with ya on this one! Every night, hot sweaty, sticky, nasty.....the dry mouth is bad enough now that I get thirsty for a dt coke at 330AM! Not good. Certain nighties I cant wear anymore because of the "stick" factor.

After a lengthy reprieve, the nightly hot flashes have returned. I've never experienced night sweats, though, thank goodness. Sounds awful.

I'm right there with ya darling. Although the lack of caffiene in my diet has slowed the nightly attacks down they sure are not gone. Right now going to hell in a handbasket sounds like a wonderful idea.

No, you're not the only one! I have descened into hot flash hell in the past few months too. I had the night sweats about a year ago, then they stopped. Now I'm having the daytime hot flashes. At least the sheets are not soaked, but its hard explaining to people why I break out in a sweat in the middle of a conversation sometimes.

Well, I had the title of Ms. HotFlash 2007, so I more than willingly pass it on to you now! Unfortunately, my hotflashes were chemically induced, so I get to look forward to them again sometime in the future!

Yup! been there, done there and got the t-shirt (which is too hot to wear) Even sleeping in the nude doesn't help. I throw the sheet/comforter off more often than on. I have found that chocolate and salt seem to increase my flashes too. I also stopped with the caffeine long ago. I can't bear to cuddle with my husband anymore...I feel like I am going to spontaneously ignite and not in a good way....
