If they had only listened to you years ago, they wouldn't be messing up our planet so badly now! I loved your description of the latest gadgets for mowers..OMG...you are so right. Bigger toys for the big boys..... Kudos to you both for doing your part in saving our planet. Now make some lemonaide for your man...he will need a thirst quenching drink before long. Or maybe it's you who will be pushing that mower....

My husband has been using one of those reel mowers for 20 years -- not the same one for 20 years -- but I have no idea where he gets them.

I love those things, I find the noise incrediably soothing. And you can smell teh grass instead of the gas fumes. I need to find an indoor equivilent so maybe my carpets would get cleaned. Coz man I hate the vacumn cleaner! And this is one of the reasons I keep hesitating to leave the spouse. We can do house moves and assembly required jobs! Hugs Bels

Can't relate to the riding mower thing, out here is postage stamp land. However, the sheep option piqued my interest. Is that like the outdoor version of a Roomba ;) ?
