Tell me all about it, dear...

My mom mentioned the other day that she'd noticed I wasn't writing very much, and that she was happy about it. See, I hardly write when I'm happy. And it's so very good to be happy, isn't it? Squeezes to you both.

Ah! I am smiling for you.

Just out of curiosity, and not to harsh your mellow, does Alex ever read here? Maybe he ought to start. I can't imagine your kid being mean-spirited enough to read this sort of thing and wish you back in the old days. (I *can* imagine even a non-mean-spirited person just being ticked off and refusing to read at all, unfortunately.)

Just as it was in the Wizard of Oz...."you've always had the power, my dear." Isn't it great to know you can be happy and really feel it?

How nice it is to read an uplifting entry to begin my day. I'm happy for you. The good in my day was driving into SLO-town and seeing the blooming California Poppies and how the bright orange flowers were so brilliant (where were my shades). Also the fields are ablaze with the yellow mustard plants. The colors are so bright, I hope that other drivers slow down and enjoy the colored pallet our divine spirit has provided for us.
