try calling your nearest hospital. when i worked at one, i know there were plenty of places that will do screening mammograms for free... at least you can get that done....

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through some dark times. You're right to wait it out. You spent a good portion of your life under circumstances that perfectly justified plenty of shrieking. It's often very difficult to shake the past. Be patient with yourself.
