Tell me all about it, dear...

But you did the work you needed to do; you went to the bottom and came back up and when you reached the mouth of the tunnel, there Mick was, waitin' for you. I don't think you would have recognized it if you hadn't done that hard, hard work. You do for each other, care for each other, and that's what real love does.

You and Mick are happy together and for those of us who read your blog, that should be all that matters. Peace.

I *heart* Mick....and everything he does to/for you. He's a keeper, LA and I'm not surprised you found him 'cause you're a keeper too.

It sounds like a match made in heaven to me. I can't imagine anyone coming to any other conclusion.

I think by having been married, by going through what you have with much More than half a brain, you know exactly what you have and can appreciate it. I applaud that.

I met my current husband shortly before I was divorced from the last (he wasn't the reason for the divorce, it was just unfortunate timing.) So yeah, he was pretty much the first man I saw, but it was obvious from the very start how right we were for each other. We've been together 8 years and going strong. When it's right, it's right and nobody has any business telling you different.

Hi Just delurking to say that Mick sounds like a real gem and that you both appreciate and respect each other. That's a good thing all the way around.

Oh, screw the naysayers and enjoy the hell out of Mick. I'd say you've waited long enough to find out what it's like to be loved. It couldn't have come quickly enough. Bad timing my butt.

YAH!!!! WHAT THEY SAID :D .... besides all that.... what did you think all those mushy movies were made from? Whole cloth?

Seems to me you were alone for a very long time. As for Mick - sounds like he's a prize. I for one would like very much to be noticed, to matter.

Can't believe anyone who reads you would think you just grabbed the first male who showed up and decided he was the one. It is very apparent that the two of you belong together...I remember when you were considering not even having a date with Mick. Like the others said, you have worked for this, you figured out what you needed and thankfully, Mick is the right one. If he wasn't; the two of you would have go your separate ways weeks ago when all the crap was hitting the fan. Enjoy each and every second of this love....I know we readers are reaping the benefits vicariously....

And you are?
