Girl, I can't tell you how much I wish we lived closer to one another. Maybe between our two bitchy sides we could make each other exercise! :) Good luck.

LA, I only got as far as your "foxgloves" part, but i had to respond. first, you MUST know that by NOT eating, you sabotage your body into NOT losing any more weight, so you MUST eat food to burn to make the metabolism work... but the second point is that Foxgloves are a dangerous plant to have in your yard, IF you have and/or care about animals strolling thru. They are "digitalis" plant and they can be fatal if the leaves are eaten. I used to have them in my back garden until I read about what could happen to my dogs, since they play in that area, and out they came pronto. Just a word to the wise... now I'll go back to your entry...happy sunday!
