Tell me all about it, dear...

I remember the 70's. I was still playing with my weebles when they ended but I remember them. (I was born in 69). I even had bell bottoms.

Wait, I went to my prom in the 80's and my date STILL wore a powder blue tux, which clashed horribly with my electic blue and black velvet dress. Ha! I knew he was a throw-back. I got cheated!

The 70's? 1970: got married for the first time. Worked full time to help put husb. thru college after Viet Nam. 1973 moved to Bloomington, Indiana so husband could attend graduate school..me? I worked full time, natch. 1974 almost had simultaneous nervous breakdowns in IN so quit and moved back to MA. Both worked full time. 1976 Found out husband was having 3rd affair, split and spent 10 years single again! Also working full time. So, the 70's for me, were getting together and then apart from my ex...and a few years of relief at the end...but always working, never really enjoying life much. It's all a blur to me...

Ahh, memories. Although the late 70's meant early to mid twenties for me, you hit a lot of nails on the head there.
