Yeouch. Just catching up on the last two entries. I'm not sure what to say except that I'm so sorry this is happening. Sucks to lose faith in someone, or in a situation. I think it's good that you levelled with your friends. Honesty is the the best policy and all of that rot. Many hugs!

Just wanted to say that being honest with your friends is *not* trying to guilt trip them. If it wasn't honest, that'd be a different story, but the able-bodied just don't (can't) understand what it's like, and need to be shown. I know back before I was disabled I was equally clueless.
